On top of this are the systems needed to ensure strong collaboration and connectivity, not only in the university but with their research partners across the globe. “One has to bear in mind we may have the most number of screens, but this doesn’t mean we spend the most”, he says. He reveals how he manages these multifaceted responsibilities.
