The iPhone 4S, will be available in New Zealand and 14 additional countries next Friday, 11 November. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 4S on 4 November, Apple has announced.
iPhone 4S comes in black or white for a recommended retail price of NZD$1049 including GST for the 16GB model; $1199 for the 32GB model and $1349 for the new 64GB model. The recommended retail price for iPhone 4 is $899 and iPhone 3GS is $599.
They are available through the Apple online store and Apple authorised resellers. The addition of these 15 countries will bring Apple's total to 44 around the world, more than halfway to the company's announced goal of more than 70 countries by the end of the year. Last month, in Apple's quarterly financial conference call, Apple CEO Tim Cook said the company expects to set an iPhone sales record in the current quarter. With reporting from Dan Moren, MacWorld
