The Department of Conservation is working with Triquestra for its new centralised sales and inventory management system. The new system will cover 22 visitor centres in national parks, regional towns and cities across the country, and is expected to be completed by the yearend. Triquestra will install the Infinity Head Office system to link up all visitor centres, cleanse data, upgrade 10 existing sites that use Infinity RMS and configure each site according to its specific requirements. David Wilks, DOC commercial business director, says the project will standardise retail procedures, such as banking reconciliations, and improve inventory management.
