Fujitsu has promoted Jo Healey to the role of managing director of Fujitsu New Zealand, effective from 1 October.
Healey has been with the company for five years and was previously general manager of sales. She now takes over from Stuart Stitt, who is relocating to Sydney to take up the role of CFO for Fujitsu’s ANZ operations.
“I am proud to be given this opportunity to lead one of New Zealand’s leading ICT companies, and look forward to working closely with our team to ensure our customers and partners continue to get exceptional value and service from our company,” says Healey.
“As an integral member of the New Zealand senior management team, Jo has made a significant contribution to increasing Fujitsu’s market share through the acquisition of new business and the growth of existing accounts. Her well-deserved appointment to this senior role aligns well with our strategy of being able to promote from within the organisation wherever possible. I am confident that under Jo’s leadership the New Zealand subsidiary will continue to make a significant contribution to the FANZ business,” comments Mike Foster, CEO of Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Fujitsu, Healey held positions in several New Zealand and global companies such as HP, Computerland New Zealand and Telecom New Zealand.
