The Asia-Pacific region contributes 13.7 percent of overall revenue. In its September 2010 financial announcement, Deloitte said its public sector revenues rose 38 percent compared with 2008-09. “Financial services and manufacturing were essentially flat, which represents a significant rebound from last year’s double-digit declines,” the statement said. Its consulting practices outpaced the growth of the consulting market for the past five years. Oracle designates its relationship with Deloitte as a platinum level alliance.
