In 2010, Infosys expanded its Global Education Centre into what it describes as the world’s largest corporate training centre. The company pulled off something of a coup back in April when Microsoft outsourced the global management of its internal IT software infrastructure to the company.

Infosys also created a new business platforms unit. New platforms include Flypp mobile application for telcos, and Infosys iEngage, a digital consumer platform integrating sales, marketing, customer service and employee engagement.

In the Asia-Pacific region, the company opened its first New Zealand office, located in Wellington.
