Driven by Windows 7 migrations, alternative desktop demands and the rise in telecommuting, Virtual Bridges is experiencing growing demand for its Verde product line. Verde is a desktop management and provisioning solution that leverages virtualisation to deliver desktops either on-premise or in the cloud. Virtual Bridges reports uptake for both in the midmarket and among large enterprises. The company is focused on continued enhancement of its current product offering, as well as expansion of its partner community in 2011.
In October, Virtual Bridges signed a distributor partnership with Neusoft, one of China’s largest IT solutions and services providers. The partnership will bring Virtual Bridges’ Verde end-to-end desktop management solution to Neusoft customers in China, combining virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), offline VDI and remote branch solutions.
