MyDials was established four years ago with the goal of delivering a “consistent, easy and timely” metrics solution. The company now has research and development teams based in Perth and Brisbane, with a core product suite based around the myDials dashboard. The software collates and displays a company’s performance data in real-time via a cloud computing environment. It is sold as software as a service and this is said to make myDials cheaper than other tools on the market.
The company credits its success this year to a focus on the mid-level market, where there is a higher demand for this kind of low-cost, quick to implement business intelligence product that can be charged on an operational expenditure “pay as you go” basis.
Chief executive officer of the company Wayne Morris says the NetSuite partnership had increased the speed at which the product could be rolled out. The company’s myDIALS for NetSuite (a single, web-based business software solution) can be deployed in one day.
After forging a global partnership with NetSuite this year, its market reach has expanded and the company now has customers in North and South America, Britain and Australia.
