In the coming months the company plans to continue to expand its presence in consumer networking and in the small to medium-sized business sector through a broadening of its product offerings and channels. At the end of September Netgear launched a centralised network management console for its business products. It says it will help medium-sized companies to manage their IT networks to the same level of sophistication as that of larger organisations with more substantial technology budgets. Stuart Finlayson
