Datacraft's purchase of Integral Axon is now unconditional. In a statement, Datacraft New Zealand managing director Robin Hartendorp says he is pleased "all conditions had been met and that the offer had been declared wholly unconditional".
Datacraft announced the buy last month, after several months of speculation.
With the conditional period now over, the deal will be implemented. Datacraft's parent company, Dimension Data, is being acquired by Japan's NTT, making the purchase of Integral Axon an acquisition within an acquisition.
