Teradata Asia-Pacific and Japan president Peter Hand says the company last year became the first data warehousing vendor to introduce a family of purpose-built integrated platforms of data warehouses, with solutions that allow companies of all sizes and complexity to grow.
The drive to develop new products continued into 2009, with the release of a solution for consumer product companies.
“Accelerate for Demand Signal Repository” can be put into production in as little as 60 days, enabling companies to promptly realise business value from their data warehouse investment,” Hand says.
Delivering the company’s second-quarter results for fiscal 2009, Koehler said: “Teradata delivered another good quarter, and for the first half of 2009 revenue up 1 percent in constant currency, and earnings per share were
