Group Finance & Planning Coordinator required for an initial 12-month contract based role with a large Australian Telco brand name here in Melbourne!

  • Preferred: Telco project office experience to be considered!
  • Must have: Demonstrated skills in experience with Oracle finance systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite

We are looking for a talented professional to join an existing, friendly organisation, which is one of the growing telco brand names here in Australia.

The purpose of the position is to provide analysis and administrative support to Operations Manager as part of a growing operations team!

Your role will include the following responsibilities:
  • Documentation Management & Reporting
  • General Manager Support
  • Project Resource Administration
  • Reporting Financial Management & Reporting
  • Administrative Support
  • Opex Reporting

You should have the following skills and experience:
  • Solid Office/Project Administrator experience in an enterprise based company, preferably Telco!
  • Understanding of the project management life-cycle, project deliverables, standard project tools, controls, quality standards and project methodologies
  • Proven experience working with Agile environments
  • Able to work with large project management and technology teams (200+ people)
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders, IT managers and various teams
  • Strong understanding of financial processes (Accruals, journals, etc.)
  • Must have: Demonstrated skills in experience with Oracle finance systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prefered: Strong experience with Opex reporting with Oracle and Excel
