Senior Project Manager

Looking for a Senior Project Manager for 12 month rolling contract based in RHODES.

A large global organisation is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage assigned large / complex to small / contained technology consulting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project schedules to optimise resource utilization to meet client deadlines
• Leading risk management reviews for all projects
• Leading project escalations covering technical, legal and commercial issues
• Ensuring strong client engagement and quality outcomes in terms of Total Customer Experience
• Produces and manages project deliverables including Project Management Plan, Risk and Issues Register, Communications Plan, Schedule and Status Reports
• Ensuring project management compliance with on-time project reporting and adherence to standards of business practice
• Supports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large & complex opportunities, and leading project delivery assurance
• Identifies & develops new project opportunities with project managers e.g. up-sell or cross-sell

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in project or program management with application of project management planning and execution techniques
• PMP or similar Project Management certifications
• Demonstrable experience in leading development for the delivery of large scale infrastructure/network projects
• Excellent customer influence & negotiation skills
• Experience in managing multi-skilled virtual teams to deliver tasks on time in a high pressure environment
• Expertise in MS Visio, PowerPoint, Project & Excel
