Dynamic and fast-paced organisation looking for an extroverted and bubbly Scrum Master in the Digital Marketing space.


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a major enterprise organisation who are based in the CBD.

This program is an on-going priority for this organisation and will be solely responsible for improving and strengthening the baseline Scrum practices within the team by reinforcing the rules of Scrum in order to support overall delivery. You will lead and manage a small team of scrum masters, as well as have direct control over some scrum teams where required. You will be a digital minded professional with strong experience in a Marketing scrum environment. You will be scrum master certified and have a background in Finance, sporting or retail online marketing. You will have a strong interest in and experience working within the I.T industry!

Required Skills :
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Information Technology; or Scrum Master, PMBOK, or PRINCE2 certification; and/or relevant extensive experience.
  • High-level analytical skills, including a proven ability to quickly analyse and understand complex information, technology, business processes and concepts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the software development lifecycle and/or experience from an IT operational perspective.
  • Demonstrated experience in online digital marketing, front facing websites and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated experience of managing organisational change and the realisation of benefits associated with IT implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team to transition to an Agile methodology in order to deliver high-quality customer focused outcomes, and to manage and build high-performance teams
  • Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills; reporting, public presentation and consultation, and the ability to negotiate and communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
