Hyland named a Strong Performer in Cloud-Based Dynamic Case Management (DCM) evaluation
Hyland is recognised as a ‘Strong Performer’ within The Forrester Wave™: Cloud-Based Dynamic Case Management, Q1 2018 report. Forrester evaluated Hyland’s case management solutions that help organisations improve knowledge-driven work. Its enterprise information platform, OnBase, and complementary cloud-based file-sharing and collaboration tool, ShareBase, were included in this year’s evaluation.
The evaluation identified 11 significant cloud-based dynamic case management vendors based on 23 key criteria to help infrastructure and operations (I&O) professionals select the right solution and provider. In the report, Forrester evaluated vendors for their current offerings, strategies and market presence. Hyland is recognised for:

- Straightforward case development based on the platform’s meta-data driven architecture
