Everyone thinks importing talent is the solution to the ICT skills shortage. But actually there is an unmet group in New Zealand who can fill that gap, says Kim Connolly-Stone of the MBIE.
These leaders show how the ICT industry can help tip the balance on diversity.
“We are an IT shop just like anybody else, but we happen to be doing it for one of the world's largest tech companies,” says Julie Canepa, CIO for Cisco in Australia and New Zealand.
